We want you to love your Hunza G. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address.

  Package Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene strips are attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
